a. Delivery: We provide free delivery service to our entire customers within Lagos metropolis. However a token fee is charged for delivery outside Lagos.

b. Installation: Our team of trained personnel ensures that
Customers’ satisfaction is achieved through systematic installation in accordance with international standards.

We provide corporate sales and haulage agreements to our major customers in order to ensure satisfaction.

c. Guarantee:- Most of our items attract guarantee / warrantee ranging from three months to six months depending on manufacturers advice.

d. Terms of Payment: Besides blue chip companies especially companies that are quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange that we offer short term credit, sales to other customers are strictly on ‘cash and carry’ basis.

SAFETY POLICIES

Our safety policies include:
• Adequate insurance on cash and products in respect of fire and theft
• Provision of fire extinguishers in our stores
• Adequate manpower development on safety matters.
